Affirmations are more than just positive thinking. When done right, affirmations boost your vibrational frequency and have the ability over time with consistency to rewire your brain so that over time you begin to do things differently. What did I say? I think therefore I am!! See?
It can take about 30 days for self-affirmations to start to make a change in your normal thinking. Another important thing to note is that around 95% of today’s thoughts resemble yesterday’s thoughts. Consistency is KEY.
